Does Brogan have access to my email?
Yes, and that is the point. Brogan connects to your Microsoft 365 inbox and calendar so it can actually do useful work.
Here is the honest picture of where your data goes. Brogan runs on a dedicated device on your own network, so local orchestration stays local. When Brogan needs to reason, draft a reply, or summarize a thread, that content goes to an enterprise-grade LLM via API. Think Anthropic or OpenAI, not a free consumer account with your business data mixed in with everyone else's.
Your data is not used to train any model. It is not stored beyond the immediate request. It is processed under commercial API terms with serious security controls behind them.
That is meaningfully different from an employee pasting client emails into a personal ChatGPT account, which is almost certainly happening somewhere in your business right now. (We can help with that.)
Will your client data end up somewhere embarrassing? No. Will it be used against you? No. Is this perfect, zero-footprint privacy? Also no. That is the honest answer, and it is why Brogan is not the right fit for firms operating under strict data residency requirements.
Can Brogan send emails on my behalf?
No, not without your approval. Brogan drafts replies and surfaces them to you. Nothing leaves your outbox until you have reviewed and approved it. This is not a setting you configure. It is how Brogan works by design.
What does the $499 onboarding fee cover?
The $499 onboarding fee covers getting Brogan live on your network — provisioning, deployment, configuration, and your discovery session. The device stays ours. You get everything that runs on it.
What does the monthly fee include?
$249/month covers the full managed service, all standard AI processing, ongoing device management and maintenance, and support.
There are no separate token charges for normal Brogan operations, including morning briefings, email triage, follow-up tracking, meeting prep, and weekly summaries.
Service is month-to-month with no long-term contract and 30-day cancellation notice. Device is returned to Athencia upon cancellation. Clients whose usage consistently exceeds 5x typical operational volume may be subject to a usage review.
Who owns the Brogan device?
The device remains the property of Athencia LLC for the duration of your engagement. It lives on your network and you interact with it daily, but it is managed infrastructure — the same way you do not own your ISP's router.
If you cancel, we ask that you return the device within 14 days. That is it. No other obligations.
What is the onboarding process like?
Start by scheduling a free discovery call. That is where we learn your business: your clients, how you communicate, what is slipping through. If you are in the Seattle metro area, we will come to you for that session if you would like. If you are remote, we will do it over a video call. For clients who want the full white-glove experience regardless of location, on-site is available for an additional fee.
After discovery, the $499 onboarding fee is collected. From there, Brogan gets configured specifically for you. There is a shadow period where you see the output before anything goes live, so you can validate that it sounds right and catches the right things.
Most clients are fully live within one to two weeks of their discovery session.
What if Brogan gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally, especially early on. That is why there is a shadow period before go-live, and why nothing sends without your approval. When Brogan gets something wrong, you tell it, and it adjusts. The first 30 days are intentionally tuned alongside you. This is not a set-it-and-forget-it product. It is a managed service.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. You interact with Brogan through a private, encrypted 1:1 conversation. You do not touch any configuration or log into any dashboard. If something needs adjusting, you tell us and we handle it.
What if I want to cancel?
Month-to-month. No long-term contract. If Brogan is not working for you, 30 days notice and you are done. Device is returned to Athencia upon cancellation. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Does this work with my existing email setup?
If you are on Microsoft 365, yes. Brogan connects to your existing M365 tenant. No migration, no new email system, no disruption to how your team works today. Gmail and other providers are not currently supported.
